This picture outside "Ruby Room" restaurant, was taken after eating there last month in UB. The burgers are probably the best I've ever ordered in Mongolia.
The really good news is that this winter is getting close to over. You know you've been in Mongolia for a while when you're feeling hot and stuffy and check the thermometer and see it's still under 20 F.
